G.D. 8 OZ
Joan of Arc, the Maid of Orleans (1412-1431) -French national heroine. Her gloves recall the armor of her time and her character. She is a heroine ready for anything that inspires fear and respect. The jute cut and applied like boxing bandages is stopped by nails that only Joan of Arc, thanks to her faith, could have endured. On her wrists the metal bands tighten her wrists and knuckles intimidating the enemy with their sharp edges.
